Nestled off the roadside 50 metres up the driveway of Sawmill Cottage Farm, is a quaint community farm gate stall.
A small corrugated hut, displays its treasures: local grown seasonal fruit and vegetables, beautiful farm-fresh eggs, jars of golden honey, hand made soy wax candles and bouquets of wildflowers bursting with color. Amongst them, rows of homemade jams and preserves glisten like jewels, offering a taste of the harvest’s sweetness. This humble stall is a beacon of community spirit, where produce changes with the seasons and where neighbors gather to share the bounty of the land and the warmth of connection with locals and tourists to the region.
